"This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. There were cigarette burn marks throughout the entire room. The tv did not work at all. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground and the bathtub had mold all around it. The sheets had several stains so I removed it all and just slept on a blanket and pillow I brought with me. The only decent thing was the air blew cold. There is no phone in the room for room service. You could not pay me to stay in this hotel ever again."

"The hotel and our room were nice. The front desk staff was rude and condescending and wouldn't even point us to a restroom as we waited, saying that there is a bathroom in the room. She wouldn't give more than one key and had RBF every time we encountered her. "

"The staff is really nice here, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, we were not notified in advance that the hotel is under renovation, so the hallways, elevators, lobby and the lobby seating were COVERED in drywall bits, construction dust, and debris! Like they aren't even making an effort to clean up at end of day. Upstairs the hallways were dusty, phones were unplugged, workers gloves were tossed around. The normal breakfast area is closed, and a smaller area was set up for breakfast, which IS cleaned, and worked fine (except more limited food options). It was okay for our one night stay, but would have been unpleasant for a multi-night stay. The pictures shown on the website are inaccurate."

"Very clean! From the moment we walked in to getting settled in the room. We checked it all out to make sure it was clean and it was. It is a newer hotel and we felt comfortable staying there for two nights. We will say again when we visit next time"

"I asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes so switched with my son. That room's toilet wouldn't flush and then overflowed. There were prison towels and we only got 2 total. They were tiny. They switched us to a 3Rd room with no hot water. By that point I was done. I suffered through cold showers in 30 degree weather. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I won't be staying there again. "
