Easy walk from hotel to centre of Lucca enough restaurants nearby to use. Room cleaned /laundry everyday if u wanted it. Coffee Tea facilities in room would be useful for this grade of hotel (whilst available in reception area for a charge not everyone wants to mix with other guests)"
