My thanks goes out to Vy and Jade they are front desk staff who speak English and really do a great job. The pool is small but clean and relaxing. You can rent a scooter which I recommend as this hotel is away from central Hoi an or Ahn Bang beach. Their cafe is also handy and well priced with some Viet and Western meals. Overall a good value hotel run well."

We spent six nights at the Four Seasons in Hoi-An. The villa was very spacious and extremely clean for two adults and one child. The grounds were well kept and clean. We enjoyed riding bikes around but buggies are available all over the resort. The staff is simply amazing and they remembered every detail about us throughout the week. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! This gem of a hotel was in the perfect location, had beautiful and pristine clean rooms and had all the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was exceptional. Lee at the front desk went out of her way to help arrange our activities and even let me borrow a nice sun hat because I didn’t have one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it perfect for couples and also families (we were a family of 5). I’ll surely be back here again!
