"Rooms are dated and dirty. In 4 days not once was beds made, room cleaned or even clean towels. Rubbish not taken from room. How this is 4 star is beyond me. Mold on walls and everything felt damp and a very strange smell. The pool area is completely in the shade, full of bird feathers and poo. Complete health hazard. Staff was friendly and valet parking man was very good at taking bags etc into hotel. I won’t be staying again. The only positive was it was quiet area "

"it is beautiful property, had excellent time during my stay, staff members are excellent and my special thanks to chef Mukesh Mishra who took care of my wife's food as she was on special diet and also Pallavi and Tinu who made our birthday celebration really special and Mathachan severed really good cocktails.
