Well located between train station and historical centre, both within short walking distance, it is what one can expect for a cheap room: fine and nothing more. Friendly staff.

Comfortable and very clean.

Lived up to its reviews. Good short distance from Le gare. You young lady on room duties went out of her way to prepare the room to perfection. Also Pedro was willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast, reception etc. thanks guys.

CLEAN! (Hotel yes, but most of all the City)

Situated perfectly, close to the city center and the railway station in very nice surroundings we could easily see the city’s rich cultural and historic center. Such a lovely city! The hotell is cheap and clean with a small parking space in the back. Entrance to hotell is not accessible by car, but when given the access code to the parking area it was easy ti access with luggage. Good service but it would seem that their booking system need an upgrade! Our booking through the Hotels.com app wasn’t found at first. When it was found it was under Expedia and under Hotels.com and the breakfast which was includes in the reservation was suddenly not included. The next nothing a Dutch family had similar problems - they had paid for breakfast for two adults and three children, but the hotel told them that they hadn’t… Well, well, nice personnel trying to help, cheap and clean - over all good value for the money and a really clean (!) and beautiful city!!

Decent location from the main busy area. Tight parking available so if you have a large car you might struggle. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.

I would strongly recommend anyone looking at this place to look elsewhere. Our room was not like the pictures at all, it was dirty with bad sheets that were ripped and stained. The bath and shower didn’t have a curtain and the amenities were falling off the walls. The room walls were stained and marked all over. When we brought this to the attention of the reception staff their attitude was that they knew and didn’t care, nor would they do anything about this. I took many pictures showing what an awful place this is. Avoid at all costs.

Tout simplement à éviter : Qu’elle a été notre surprise à la découverte de la chambre ! Voici quelques détails : - Papier peint complétement dépassé et cassé - Rebord de vélux moisi et cassé - Odeur de la climatisation nauséabonde - WC, joint de baignoire et lavabo encore sale du client d’avant - CheveuX sur l’un des oreillers - Lits inchangés (voir photos) - Insonorisation et isolation phonique totalement absente - Uniquement 2 serviettes (pour 3 personnes) - Saleté et poussière sous les lits

Je pense que cela reste convenable pour une nuit. Tout était bien, l’accueil parfait, la chambre était correcte. La literie est de bonne qualité. La salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Petits déjeuners corrects. Pour les points un peu moins positifs et je dis cela en toute bienveillance, il faudrait mettre du double vitrage dans les chambres, très mal isolé pour le froid, le bruit (tramway). En tout cas le personnel est super agréable.

Accueil sympathique, conseils visite. Propreté. Parking mal conçu et difficile de se garer en sous sol.. Chambre très vieillotte, trop petite, aucune décoration, salle de bain où on ne peut pas accrocher les vêtements et carrelage du sol descellé à certains endroits. Petit déjeuner moyen. A besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement.

Sejour de 2 nuits . Accueil, conseils et services rien à redire, personnel très sympathique mais la première chambre: très petite, bruit extérieur ( ventilateur ou groupe je ne sait quoi, mais à tourné toute la nuit), dysfonctionnement du climatiseur:il a coulé de l'eau toute la nuit. Changement de chambre: beaucoup mieux.Pensez à faire la poussière sur miroir, luminaire, tête de lit...Dommage !
