"Due to a 12 hour delay at Gatwick we were unable to utilise the booking we had made in January to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday. I called the hotel as soon as I was made aware we couldn’t get there and the were most understanding and compassionate of our situation- they agreed to refund our 3 rooms in full (unlike the other hotel we had booked who refused) Our party will be returning and will 100% stay at this hotel"

"The spa is a great feature but it is not a swimming pool. It is becoming a little tired with some features not working fully eg lockers. It would be helpful if more information was provided about the use of these facilities However we enjoyed the spa twice - it was great to have it to look forward to after a long day driving. Booking ahead is essential. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hotel Killarney. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room etc were spotless and managed so efficiently. The mural in the pool area was fabulous. Breakfast each morning was excellent with so much choice. We couldn't fault any of it. It was well located and we walked into Killarney one evening as it's about a 20 min stroll which was lovely."

"The staff were excellent we found out our room was on the fourth floor that the elevator couldn’t get to and would’ve been too difficult for us in the hotel actually upgraded us to the room on the second floor that could be accessed by the elevator!"
