"Crowne Plaza is run down and not very clean. We had to move rooms because the first room we entered was dirty and the 2nd room was not much better. The hotel overall is not kept up. Staff was friendly and quickly gave us a 2nd room without hesitation. "
"Great location. Within 6-10 minutes from Walmart, Target, and many local restaurants and fast food places.
The only down-side was that the hotel rooms are much smaller than pictured. The fridge is within two steps from the bed and the entrance is pretty narrow when having to bring suitcases in due to the entry way being in such close proximity to the “kitchen”.
The only other downside was that the water flow was a bit wonky. Sometimes the water pressure was normal and other times I had to literally use the sinks with slow paced water making my use much more time consuming to simply brush my teeth, wash my face, and shower.
Otherwise, it’s a clean and nice looking hotel in a great area. This hotel was one of the better rates in the area and I booked via Expedia. "

2/10 Terrible
"Room not clean and not well maintained. Heater so lound it woke me up every time it came on. You charge a premium price for a sub par property.
One if the worst rooms i have ever staid in.
"
"Received a handicap room closet rack was low so my husband wasn't able to hang his suits w/o touching the floor. I had to hang my dresses on the lamp because they were long and didn't want to touch the floor. I don't see a luggage rack to place my suitcase. We asked the staff, and they said they didn't have any. My husband found 2 chairs in one of the rooms they were meeting in and brought them to the room where my suitcase was. There was one drawer that could only hold his items, so I had to live out of my suitcase. We couldn't change rooms because supposedly, there were none available. The light/fan in the bathroom was awfully loud. We never got hotel cups restocked after the 1st night. No plans of going back there again. "
