"The staff is amazing. They are polite and professional. We discovered bugs in the room (ants & spiders and a few flying bugs that we didn't know what they were). We called the front desk and a maintenance person came to spray in about 15 minutes! We didn't see anymore bugs in the unit however when we went upstairs, we discovered a pile of bugs near the washer. I took a video and showed the front desk. She was mortified and asked me to send the picture and video to management. I did and I have not heard anything. I wanted to speak to them instead of writing this review. I would have thought someone would reach out. "

"Good parking, clean comfortable room. Front desk staff confused and not sure of himself. We waited over 30 minutes to check in, our wait was noticed by the general manager who quickly got us checked in. The manager apologized for his desk clerk "

"Very pleasant stay. They were very accommodating to our requests. The room was updated and in a great location. Sales pressure was not bad at all and it is a very lovely resort. Will stay again when weather gets warmer. "
