We had a relaxing holiday at this hotel. The receptionists are very nice and helpful; they responded kindly to every request. The breakfast is varied and tastes good and not too salty. The waiters are nice and work hard to take used plates away. There are free sauna and the reception turns it on 15 minutes before use. The room service is tidy and clean. There are food streets nearby and within walking distance at Vaci street. In general, the prices in Budapest are reasonable, people are nicely behaved, there are plenty of sight-seeing places, such as museums, palaces, baths, river, parliament. Although not as grand and delicate as other European cities such as Paris, Roma, Vienna or Prague, it nevertheless deserves a top-10 spot and has its own treasures and characters to present to the visitors.

Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of Budapest.
The room was as described with everything that we needed.
The staff were very helpful especially Peter on the front desk.
We loved the breakfast over looking the city.
We asked for butter with the sourdough as it didn’t come with it. They initially wanted to charge for this. This could’ve been down to a language barrier as they said we asked for extra bread as well as butter, when actually we just wanted a little butter to go with the bread that came with the frittata.
Apart from that moment of confusion we had a perfect stay at this modern, extremely clean hotel.

We arrived at The EST Savoy Budapest. The Hotel was immaculate everywhere. The Staff at the Reception were friendly, cheerful and welcoming throughout our three nights stay. Our double room had an outdoor terrace. This bedroom was immaculate throughout. The bed had the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. The bathroom had the best ever rainfall shower we have ever experienced. The housekeeping staff were cheerful, and cleaned our room extremely well with clean towels every day. The breakfast was delicious and outstanding with a vast variety to suit everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel (our best ever experience) wow!wow!wow! FANTASTIC HOTEL!!!!!!!!
