"Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, good water pressure. Front desk staff were just not all there. They were never at the front when the doors were locked so if you forgot your key or ordered Uber you couldn’t have it delivered to your door. I had to go down and get my partner because nobody was there to buzz him in. At night the staff was almost always hiding in the back or in the morning eating breakfast at the desk which I thought was unprofessional. We weren’t told where the gym was. We weren’t told about the hot tub when checking in. She couldn’t figure out how to put the deposit on a credit card and then pay the room Stay on debit. She wouldn’t fully listen to what I was asking for or what I was saying so check-in was not like easy breezy.
They have a room with a hot tub, which is fine, but this place doesn’t actually have a pool, which was one of our filters selected on the app.
This is probably the worst part, the Wi-Fi is trash like it disconnects all the time stops working. We were there for five days and had to login every single time we came back from doing anything or when the Wi-Fi would just cut.
The breakfast was not great, there’s not much more to say than that.
It’s a good hotel for the price you pay, staff could use a refresher, mostly night shift. Breakfast could use a little upgrade and Wi-Fi definitely needs an upgrade."
