“RUINED OUR TRIP DUE TO OVERBOOKING! They gave us worst experience and completely ruined our family trip.We booked two rooms 7 MONTHS IN ADVANCE and PREPAID. We selected this hotel strictly for its location (only a 40-minute round trip to Zion Canyon), which was crucial because we were traveling with two elderly parents over the age of 80 and had limited time. When we arrived to check in around 4:00 PM, they told us THEY HAD NO ROOMS FOR US DUE TO OVERBOOKING. We requested them to find rooms...

“No breakfast. Clean. Drinking water and ice are conveniently offered on the ground floor. Quiet. Free coffee and hot cocoa powder.”

“Very nice hotel!”

“Super clean and spacious room. The night was quiet but you can hear very loud trucks in the morning. The walls are also kind of stark which is just a personal preference but even one piece of art would add so much to the rooms.”

“Would not stay again”

“The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking, and most restaurants were less than a 15-minute drive away. The only downside was the slow internet—the speed stayed below 5 Mbps throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience, but the Wi-Fi could use improvement.”

“Everything is good”
