"The hotel is right at the center of Hammamet, beautiful and peaceful area. There is plenty of shopping and food around, there is also a beach just outside the town. You need to be independent and low maintenance at this hotel due to staff being a bit cold and unavailable at times. "Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. Things like this can happen so suggestion to to make spare keys. We only...

"Tout était parfait ! Un seul point c’est la cuisine en piscine avec notamment un burger en piscine avec un steak surgelé qui n’a rien à faire dans ce type d’établissement. Beaucoup d’aliments sont sourcés localement et les restaurants le soir sont très bien donc on etait très déçu de la qualité de la cuisine coté plage et piscine. En dehors de cela le cadre est parfait, le personnel est tres attentionné, le service en chambre qui passe deux fois par jour. Le lit est fait et préparé pour qu’on peut s’y glisser le soir, le calme et la propreté "

"I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The cleaners, in particular, were fantastic—not only did they keep the rooms spotless, but they were also so friendly and cheerful every day. It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location couldn’t have been better—absolutely perfect for getting around and exploring the area. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in Arabic under his breath. Not nice considered there are people out there with medical issues and no one should have to face that sort of treatment. The beach was lovely, very clean and sandy clear waters. Overall a great stay minus the few encounters of rude staff"
