“Hard to fault this! We went in early December so both the hotel, airport and nearby area were rather empty; when it came to check out we were allowed to keep the room and stay in the resort with all the food and dinner for the day until we were ready to head to head to the airport in the evening. Hard to fault here! I can't think of anything more I would want from this hotel other than to spend more time there!”

“Amenities of a 5 star hotel but quality control of a 4 star hotel (e.g. fridge not plugged in, chain to terrace nearly impossible to close, being given used napkins for breakfast). The pools are all great and we didn't expect to get free drinks and cake, which we appreciated.
