“Great hotel. Location was ok but hotel had everything you needed. Front desk and animations staff were great but felt the male staff in restaurant were slack and not helpful. My main complaint was that for the 4 days of our stay we were unable to book any of the ala carte restaurants. “I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same...

The hotel opened in May ‘23 so everything is extremely modern and aesthetic which provides great vibe and atmosphere.
