"We stayed for 4 nights here, in mid april, a very quite and peaceful place. You can get a good sleep here and wake up with the sound of only birds singing. Breakfast is decent, good enough of variety and choices to start the day with. Not that close to major cities but Bologna is about a 20 minutes drive. I don't know how public transportation is in the area but with car it's good accessible."

"This hotel is like a mirage. The most spectacular junior suite room that was the exact reboot needed after spending many nights in subpar hotel and VRBO beds across Italy. Breakfast the following morning was included as was the coolest car port for our rental. We felt safe, cared for and left with huge smiles on our face. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The perfect place to stay for checking out the Lamborghini and Ferrari museums! Brava!!"

"My brothers & I stayed here for three nights while on a road trip, the stay exceeded all expectations, the host Donnatella & Gianni were incredibly hospitable & helpful, as we wanted to go to Modena & Bologna for the City & of course Ferrari, but at Donnatellas suggestion we visited Pagani, a really unexpected highlight, we all agreed you can’t go wrong here, great hosts comfortable rooms& good road connections, we have no hesitation in recommending them, many thanks again"

"82 steps to your room, I understand no elevators however this should be clearly stated. A room on the 4th floor with 82 steps when travelling with elderly parents is not good "

"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

Le camere sono ben pulite, con arredamento forse un po' retrò ma piacevole ed ordinato, con letti comodi. Colazione varia, abbondante e sempre a disposizione, che puoi consumare nell'ampio soggiorno o nel giardino esterno attrezzato di tutto punto. "

"L’appartement n’était pas disponible car soit disant abîmé par les précédent locataire. Ont a été héberger dans un hôtel de dépannage où il y avait un mariage à coter avec 2 chambre alors qu’on avait louer un appartement. Ont est arriver tard ils nous ont mis les carte des deux hôtel a un endroit, on a pu ouvrir qu’une chambre l’autre carte ne fonctionner pas, on a dû tous déprimé dan une seul chambre à 2 sur un lit double et 2 sur un lit simple car personne ne répondait aux appel. Il y avait...
