A localização é uma área afastada dos estabelecimentos comerciais, o que necessita do serviço de táxi constantemente, mas é praticamente beira mar da praia da Conceição. A estadia não foi como esperava, pois as instalações precisam de melhorias urgentes. Na porta de acesso ao quarto existia espaços que facilitava a entrada de mosquitos. "It was a great experience from the moment I checked in. Very accommodating staff and concierge. Everything was accounted for and very easy as a guest. The free breakfast and tea time was a bonus. The property is beautiful, well-maintained and quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking to unplug on a beautiful island for a few days!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (6:30am to 10am) and afternoon lunch (4pm to 6pm) were simply amazing (lots of variety, high quality and quantity, changed every day) and enjoyable... we really didn't need to eat anywhere else. Beach towels were provided. The internet only worked if you were near the reception and, even then, was sketchy but apparently that is common on the island. "
