Bom hotel

Hotel agradável, bem localizado. Suíte muito boa, bem espaçosa e cama confortável. Pontos negativos: precisei deixar o carro na rua, pois a garagem estava lotada e o café da manhã nao é bom. Produtos de qualidade baixa como o presunto por exemplo. Precisa ser melhorado.

Não foi a primeira vez que estivemos no mesmo hotel, mas com certeza não foi a melhor experiência. O quarto não estava em boas condições, as paredes estavam com muitas manchas de infiltração, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, o chuveiro tinha pouca pressão e com isso a água saía de forma irregular e na torneira da pia só saía um fio de água. Não havia vaga no estacionamento por conta de 2 carros estarem mal estacionados ocupando outras vagas. Na média nossas estadias foram muito boas, mas desta vez foi decepcionante, por isso achei importante deixar o feedback.

Incrível. A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, seus funcionários é o que faz ficar melhor. São muito prestativos e humanos. Eu voltarei com toda certeza para este hotel. Aliás, gostaria de dizer que a rede SKY é maravilhosa. Ficamos hospedados em 3 hotéis desta rede e não teve nenhuma decepção. O café da manhã é ótimo. O melhor deste hotel é que tem um lago em frente, com patinhos. Quem tem filhos pequenos como eu, vai amar. A pessoa toma café da manhã olhando para o lago. O hotel possui hidromassagem, piscina aquecida, academia, lareira, elevador e área kids. Um agradecimento ao funcionário William, que foi muito gentil em nos receber.

Quanto ao atendimento foi ótimo. Quanto as instalações não foi bom, porquê o quarto tinha as paredes com umidade e o censor de emergência dentro do quarto ficou piscando a noite inteira como se tivesse um vagalume gigante quando apagava a luz para dormir, tirando o sono. Iluminação do banheiro com luz queimada. Sugiro que seja feita uma reforma no apartamento 211 para que possa hospedar os clientes. No demais a localização é perfeita e recepção por parte dos funcionários são excepcional. Obrigado.

Decepção

O hotel se intitula 3 estrelas mas está longe disso. Primeiro nos aloca num quarto com vista para uma parede e um telhado, mesmo tendo vários outros quartos vazios naquele dia. O apto é extremamente pequeno, sem conforto algum. O banheiro começa com uma porta invertida que bate na pia, mesmo tendo condições para abrir do lado contrário. A tampa do vaso estava quebrada/ solta. Sem acessórios, sequer uma touca de banho. Na reserva havia solicitado travesseiros extras e nada me foi respondido. Apesar de ter apenas um travesseiro por pessoa o hotel não dispunha de suplementares, mesmo repito, estando quase vazio. Um desrespeito. O café da manhã é condizente com o porte qualificação do hotel. Por estar localizado em região nitidamente pujante e turística esperava muito mais desse hotel que é tido como o melhor da cidade. Dois Irmãos merece algo melhor.

O Hotel nao faz a troca de toalhas e nem limpeza no local durante a estadia. Em tres dias nao limparam nenhuma vez. Tambem nao tem serviço de quarto. Pedi um lanche e tive que ir buscar.
