"When I booked I was not aware that we wo6be put in a separate room away from the main hotel which didn't have an elevator and with luggage it can get tricky it was only one flight of stairs but very unexpected. "We only stayed one night prior to flying home. The hotel was in a great location for getting the train into Venice, and the bus to the airport. The staff were enormously helpful, and even anticipated our needs. we would definitely stay there again."
