“Our room smelled strongly of urine mixed with a harsh cleaning chemical, and the odor was overwhelming. The room also felt muggy and extremely humid, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. To make matters worse, the bathtub was dirty and had pubic hairs in it, which was completely unacceptable. Because of the unsanitary conditions and overall poor quality of the room, we were unable to stay and had to cancel the remaining two nights of our reservation.
