"While the hotel staff’s attention and service were acceptable, and I appreciate their professionalism, the overall condition of the room was very disappointing. The bed and pillows did not meet the level of comfort I would expect from this brand. Additionally, there was a sensor in the room with a continuously flashing blue light, which was distracting during the night. The curtains did not close completely, allowing bright light from the parking lot to enter the room. The most frustrating issue, however, was the television. It would not fully power off. Instead, it entered a sleep mode in which the screen remained illuminated and never completely turned off. We ultimately had to unplug the television to resolve the issue. Overall, the room environment seemed to work against having a restful night’s sleep rather than supporting one. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected from this hotel."
