These rooms and property are absolutely disgusting. While the staff is friendly enough, this hotel needs to be demolished. Black mold on the ceilings in the lobby, disgusting mattresses with what looked to be blood stains under plastic covers, musty smelling rooms, and ants everywhere. The ONLY reason I didn’t immediately change rooms is because I was in town to bury my mother and didn’t have time to deal with it. Do NOT stay here.

This was not what we expected at all! The hotel has a bandaid on the outside, but nothing is going to help inside. There was mold in the bathroom, mold on the air conditioning system, water damage on the ceiling, the curtain was broken and the carpet was filthy. To top it all off, the breakfast was absolutely not as advertised. Juice was out, no milk, no eggs, no cereal. They had a toaster with frozen waffles and raisins bread. They did have sausages. Pretty much a real disappointment for a Wyndham hotel. I would never stay again. Oh, and roaches. The noise from upstairs was horrible.

This Hotel needs to be totally renovated inside. Odor in room was overwhelming made my throat sore all weekend. Room was nasty. I would not take my pet their to stay. The gentleman at desk knew the condition of room and gave us the key. Told us we had to wait till tomorrow to talk to manager. The guy end up leaving shortly after we arrived. We talk to the next staff person and explained we couldnt stay in those conditions. She checked us out at our request and she called the manager for us. They made sure we weren't charged and we found anothet motel. We thank them. I believe her name was crystal, for assisting us.

How does a hotel room come with an iron, ironing board, and a safe, but no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker? The room itself was clean, but the hallway and stairwell were another story. They need far more than a quick vacuum. The baseboards, walls, and common areas desperately need attention. And the elevator? Absolutely disgusting. I avoided it entirely and stuck to the stairs. Having the ice maker out of service in the middle of summer automatically knocks a star off any review. On the positive side, the staff is exceptional. They’re fully aware the hotel needs serious investment, but they can’t make corporate step up. They’re doing everything they can with what they have, truly making lemonade out of lemons.

The staff was very thoughtful and understanding. What I didn’t like was the sofa bed my daughter had to sleep on was completely broken. She had no where to sleep so I had to pray and find something else quickly due to it being graduation night.

The staff was excellent. Upon arrival, one of the two rooms we booked had a water leak, the staff immediately rectified the situation. The beds were extremely comfortable and it’s a great stay while on a road trip. Lots of families were staying, and it has a good little breakfast in the morning.

My room was very poor. The TV remote did not work. The shower head was crusted over with brown stains all over. The bathtub has a big hole on it that water obviously drained into it as the whole room smelled musky.

TV didn't work properly unable to get off home screen, had to turn on manually, remote not working, staff unable to fix the issue, stated it was a maintenance issue and they wouldn't be back until next day. Phone in room not working, had to walk to front desk about TV issue and staff stated they'd have manager contact me the next day regarding issues. No contact received from management and no discounts or offers given to make up for the non working items that were paid for in the suite I paid for.

The front entrance, elevator were dirty. The room was ok. Bed was comfortable, our first room had a faulty TV. They were able to give us a different room, so they did take care of that problem very happily. The next room didn't have a refrigerator, which they probably don't advertise that they do have them. There aren't microwaves in the rooms, but one down in the breakfast area. Hairdryer holder fell off of the wall. Staff was very nice, room was actually comfortable. For the price, the room itself was fine, bed very comfortable.

I have stayed in motels all over this country. I do not believe that I ever walked into a room where smelled as bad as this one . The shower had hot water, which was good. Beds were comfortable. When I went down for the Continental breakfast, I looked down at the Floor it appeared as someone had thrown up on the floor by the tables and decided I couldn't eat there either.... pointed it out to the staff and I guess they did clean it up. Carpet is extremely worn in stairs. Went down to get ice out of the ice machine went into the room labeled "ice machine " small sign inside the room labeled ice machine said ice machine is located on the second floor. TV did not work. Screen was full of fingerprints. Went down to the main desk to find out how to turn it on. They weren't sure how to turn it on either so I went without tv. Killed several bugs in the room.

first thing I noticed was the smoke smell in the hallway and then the strong perfume smell by the door ofnour room. it's like somebosy just sprayed the perfume by the entrance to cover other smell. there was a strong smell of marijuana as well coming from one of the rooms. carpet looked filthy. elevator needs update esp the buttons. breakfast was horrible. sausages looked so pale. coffee was too weak. staff looked all tired. towels were all worn out some even had tears along the sides.
