"What I liked: Very spacious, clean and quiet guesthouse! Very tastefully designed and the whole decor of the place was beautiful. There are lifts in the building too for you to use if you have heavy luggage. Also felt very safe as there was surveillance cameras inside and outside the building. "The hotel was nice and clean, pretty nice overall. They had free bottled water in the halls, which was really nice. The only thing that bothered us was the hard mattress, but we still slept just fine. The breakfast buffet is pricey, but it was a fun cultural experience! The location was really nice for public transit as well. "

The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from the front desk and concierge to the transportation team, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and luggage attendants. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
What impressed us most was how comprehensive the services were. The hotel helped us arrange taxis, airport shuttles, and even a private driver for a day trip outside of Taipei, which was the highlight of our stay. They also offer on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient.

"As family of 4, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is not modern but has all the stuff we need. Our family room is big and has 1 king and 2 twins beds. The breakfast has many options, location is great, closed to the Linjiangjie night market. Everyone there is trying their best to help and our room is always clean and refreshed. Also, our kids enjoyed the rooftop pool very much, they also tried the kids activities at 9 floor, did the slime club also. Overall, we had a great stay. "
