This is an older hotel with and inner courtyard that goes from floor to roof. The courtyard is used for their buffet style meals. I had breakfast there every morning and it was very relaxing. The room I got was a Rosewood suite and the rooms were well maintained and clean. The walls are thick, you rarely heard a peep from neighbors. The staff was very helpful and provided much information for sightseeing.

The hotel room was nice. Half of the rooms faced the inside of the hotel and half faced outside. My room had a nice, deep soaking bath tub. The location was easy access to the MRT. The breakfast was pretty bland

Hotel staff is very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. There are plenty options of on-site restaurants and they offered a discount if you stay there. The only complaint I have is the lack of electric outlet or usb ports. Wish they have a outlet near night stand where I could charge my phone.

The room was clean and the amenities were easy to use. A lot of options, including healthy options, were available at the breakfast buffet. Checking in and checking out were easy and didn’t take much time. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were polite and helpful. The station for the bus #1960 taking us to and from the airport is conveniently located at a short distance from the hotel. Overall, I would gladly recommend this hotel to travellers to Taipei.

They offered us late check-out due to our late flight. We liked the breakfast ; many food options. The carpet in our room was a bit dirty but not smelly. The location of the hotel is very convenient for dinning; shopping and transportation.

Great Staff!

Wonderful staff! I can't say enough about the housekeeping and concierge staff. The housekeeps cleans the room regardless of when we leave (one day we left the room after 5 pm!). The staff left us a lot of water since the weather was SOOO hot!

Overall we had a very good experience with the hotel. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone, including the housekeeping staff were quick to offer their greeting every time we encountered them. The staff was by far the biggest asset of the property. The room and common areas were clean and we were satisfied with the options offered by the breakfast buffet. The only negatives for us were the beds were on the harder side and for us who like to sleep on the side, they were very uncomfortable. We also noted the decor, furniture and carpet are really dated. My wife and I observed stains in our room and the first floor buffet from all the foot traffic the hotel has accumulated over the years.
