"This is such a good place to stay. Its proximity to the market, the US airbase, local shopping for everyday essentials is very good. The transport in the area is also not bad. "This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent.
The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities.

"Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough."
"Enjoyed our stay.very clean and quiet property, rooms are a bit small but that’s common in Korea. First time in South Korea and this hotel is very convenient and very affordable compare to some other hotels. Subway station is about a 5 minute walk and lots of food around the area. There is also airport shuttle that goes directly to Incheon international airport and cost about 17000 kwon per person much better than taxi. Highly recommend. "
