"Very polite and friendly staff. Perfectly clean. Room was an absolute shoe box, basically as advertised. Zero space, no flat surfaces to put anything, tiniest shower room possible. Shower had decent pressure. Air con was poor, seemed to blow only hot air in the morning, which is no good when it's windowless. TV not tuned so only usable when casting. Did a job, but know what you're getting! For what it was, it was fine."

"Nice, clean hotel and we were able to get a baby crib in our room with no hassle. The only downside was the check-in computer... after about two seconds of trying on that, we went to the only staff person there to check in instead. Everything else about the hotel was great, they should not try to replace human check-in people with computers! Good breakfast"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful. They could not find our reservation in their system. Worked on different possibilities for awhile. We ended up making a new reservation and it was considerably higher than expected. Then, a few hours later the staff member saw us in the lobby and came over to say she found the original reservation after researching more. So we got our original deal. I am impressed she even worked on it after we left the desk. Was a good feeling."

"Our family of five recently spent a week in London at the Hilton London Metropole. We had a fabulous time! Amir helpfully emailed with us before our trip. Omar was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, The breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra money! Vasimin oversaw each morning's delicious breakfast and was friendly and kind every day! This hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and tube stations making travel about the city easy. Our family of 5 including 3 teenagers had plenty of room in the Family Room. I would definitely stay here again."
