"VERY convenient for a layover! Short walk from the international terminal. The hotel lobby had a very chic look, the room was comfortable (the bathtub was great! I am tall and it was long enough that i could stretch out. Most tubs I have to scrunch up in order to soak my shoulders) & the staff was VERY helpful & friendly. I would DEFINITELY stay here again when passing through Copenhagen!"

"Very hot and small beds "

"The rooms are really small and you have to pay to just store the luggage. We requested the room cleaned 3 times out of our 7 nights but only 1 happened without us nudging. Another happened after us nudging twice and another was just missed. "

"Super accessible from CPH with clear signage. Self check in process was smooth with plenty of available terminals. Room was quite spacious and very quiet. Best sleep I had on the trip — will definitely stay here again if I have a layover in CPH."

Upon checking in, our reservation could not be found and the young lady took our passports into another room, which did not happen to any of the other guests checking in, and this made us very uncomfortable and suspicious "
