Our stay at The Joule has been exceptional from beginning to end. What has impressed me most has been the people. The level of care shown to my mother has gone far beyond what I expected. Every member of the staff has treated her with genuine warmth, dignity, and attentiveness. They found thoughtful ways to make her birthday special, from the unique gifts waiting in her room to the sincere way they greeted her each time she came and went. What truly stood out was their anticipation. Whether she needed recommendations, transportation, or assistance with her plans to explore downtown museums, the staff seemed to be thinking ahead before she even had to ask. That level of hospitality is rare and is what transforms a great hotel stay into a memorable experience. The facilities themselves continue to be outstanding. Even with construction taking place in the lobby, the experience never felt diminished. The elegance, service, and attention to detail that define The Joule remained evident throughout our stay. I also want to recognize Colette, whose thoughtful communication before my mother’s arrival set the tone for the entire visit.
