"Quite old motel, but maintained fairly well. One rickety elevator if you're not staying on the 1st floor. Rooms face the highway and the afternoon sun. Thus, fair amount of traffic noise and HOT on a sunny day. Curtains did little to keep out the sun and the A/C was old and almost useless. It would run for roughly 15 minutes then the compressor would quit. Not good sleeping getting up several times an hour to try to restart the cooling - plus sun coming in. "Need to invest in air conditioning. Except for taking a shower I could not stay in the room until about 9:00 pm Staff helpful bed comfortable. Very dated but clean."

"For a traveler passing through, the location is sketchy. I didn’t feel safe. Although the lobby attendant told me there was security, I was worried my car was going to get broken into. There is also a freight train that runs at night next to the hotel. Maybe this isn’t technically the hotels fault but it also didn’t help that there were a bunch of loud teenagers making a ruckus in the hallway well past midnight.
