“Lovely place in the middle of the Agafay desert- our quiet oasis, away from the hassle and bustle of Marrakech. Perfect place to relax and unwind from all the stresses of everyday life. Very friendly and helpful staff and owner, they're doing their best to make your stay better. The prices in the bar and restaurant are a little high, if they were more pocket friendly, we'd have used them more often. “The hotel does not exist!!!! We went to the indicated place and there was no hotel. When contacting the number on the booking we were told that the hotel was sold 1 year ago and no longer hosts people, she said she had no agreement with hotels.com. 5pm NYE we were stranded in the Agafay desert and had to sleep in the car at 5 degrees outside!!! P.s at the time the hotel was still available to be booked the same night on hotels.com and other platforms. Thanks for ruining our new years trip. ”
