“This has been one of the worst experiences of my life as a traveler. To begin with, I arrived after 9 p.m. and there were eight homeless people sleeping outside. The room had a literally broken window, with no curtain. The lobby attendant wasn't there, and we had to wait for him for about 20 minutes. Besides being rude and lacking empathy, they didn't care at all about our complaint. Fortunately, we found another hotel. I had paid for three nights, and they didn't refund me for the two nights...
