"There was some initial confusion at check in as the front desk thought the room was serviced and available. The room was cleaned in a timely fashion. The staff was excellent , responding to all our requests. The price for the room with two double beds was outrageous. With fees and taxes the room was over 725.00 for one night. It is extremely difficult to book a hotel room directly and we are at the mercy of third party reservationists."

"Although the property gives off Motel Vibes upon arrival, our room was delightful. It was a Junior Suite with a couch and 2 chairs plus a coffee table in the sitting area along with a Queen Size bed. The jacuzzi tub was a great addition to the large bathroom. Very clean and great for a weekend stay especially if you’re not going to spend much time at the property."

"There was several mixups about this reservation. I was charged $10 a day for parking which I never knew of $30 total. Also bottles of water in the room with five dollar tags marked on them.Then breakfast was not complementary you had to pay for that as well. Staff did not know how to split the charge for two people. Said they did it but I have a full charge on my credit card which was reserved through Expedia. ever since Bonvoy took over apparently things have changed from the old Marriott. I’ve used for 50 years and loved. Hampton Inn in Albany gave us a bottle of water upon registration, had a wonderful buffet breakfast complementary and did not charge for parking lots that you drive in and out of yourself"

"The Interlaken is a lovely property "between the lakes" in Lakeville. We stayed in the main building, which I recommend (there is also another building on the property with a view of the lake). We had a nice screened-in balcony porch attached to our room which we enjoyed each evening. The lobby is cozy with a fireplace. The staff were friendly and helpful."
