“Trash was taken out daily but the beds weren't made. There was no cutlery available inside the room it had to be requested. Also only 1 of the sockets in 1 of the power outlets was working properly. No guest available ice machine either which was highly frustrating.”

“Clean rooms, good breakfast spread. The staff were great and helped me get checked a little early, despite my grumpy and anxious attitude.”

“We were right across the street to the rental car drop off. The planes never were heard from our room on second floor. They really take off or arrive close to the hotel. Rooms were large and very nice. The breakfast was delicious even had a chef to make yummy omelets.”

“We stayed one night, the room and bathroom looked clean but we could smell that pets stayed there before. My husband is very sensitive to pet dander it was definitely present in the room and he had an awful night sleeping due to it and the ac unit was not working well either. The floors looked clean but my daughter had brand new white socks on after showering and they looked filthy after walking around in the room with them. Overall wasn’t the best stay.”

“Overall, the condition is not bad, but the radiator makes a lot of noise. My family can't sleep with the noise from the radiator.”

“it was clean and close to the airport. Kinda hard to find at first, but gps got us there.... beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great after we learned how to turn it on....lol .... we left some freebies for cleaning staff we couldnt carry back on the plane.”

“The room itself was nice, comfortable bed, and it was clean. When I tried to order food from the restaurant the man at the front desk first transfered me to the wrong extension, then when I called back, he have me an extension number to call myself that noone answered. Also, I wasnt too happy with the selection of streaming services they had and you can't add any.”

“Nice clean hotel with great amenities..safe in the room didn’t work and the water in the hot tub needs to be changed . Breakfast was great, staff were friendly. Outdoor firepit is awesome. Close to everything!”

“Overall the staff and property were very good. Staff extremely helpful with questions I had. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The only thing I find disappointing is in room coffee condiments. For the price paid for the room the hotel chain could provide better creamer for coffee. Flavored creamers would be so much nicer than a small packet of nasty tasting powdered creamer.”
