"The hotel is a descent stay. I disliked the fact that there was no option take the stairs to the parking basement, we had to wait for the elevator. Also as I was waiting for the elevator on of the staff members was rude to a customer. When the customer asked about the parking she was like, did you park last night with us, then you have to pay for parking, there is no such thing as free parking in San Francisco.
