"Vernon Lodge is a no brainer if you’re staying in the area. Who doesn’t want to hang out in the jungle. The kids love the inward facing courtyard, tropical motif, indoor pool and hot tub."

"I was told by staff they are getting rid of individual coffee machines in the rooms and having a community machine. This machine only has coffee,espresso and hot water. Not enough cups and no lids. Needs to be more organized forsure. No free breakfast. Rooms were missing face cloths and few stains on curtains. Beds were comfy and nice and quiet room on 7th floor and great view. Parking is a disaster when they are full. We had to park in mall parking lot across the main road. Pool was cloudy we did not go in. Nice change rooms and key card access only. Price was definitely where we were looking. Overall stay was good we will be back."

"First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy. When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed. To top it all off, the staff have zero respect for paying guests. Long before checkout time, staff were aggressively knocking on my door, harassing me, and demanding to know when I was leaving. I felt completely rushed, disrespected, and unwelcome. The customer service here is atrocious, the rooms are filthy, and the financial policies are ridiculous. Avoid this place like the plague!"
