"Poop on towels by the pool stuff floating in the pools none of the house keeping spoke english wasnt awfu"

"Asked for towels and they said they ran out, lots of elevators don't work, placed looked dirty and didn't tell us construction was going on."

"Nice clean hotel great if you have children. The rooms with 2 king beds have no real counter space or anywhere to place your luggage or clothes. 1 small trash can in the bathroom. Shower looks cool, but difficult to keep water at a consistent temperature. "

"The room was clean, staff were very helpful. Couple things i wasnt happy with was that you had to pay extra for the water park? For how much you pay to stay, you think that would be included. Parking cam be a paun too when they have high occupancy. Also, not having some kind of continental breakfast is annoying too. Even the cheapest hotels usually have that. Overall, good experience, lots to do for every age. Would recommend for sure. "

"Loved my stay at this resort , it’s very kid friendly and has an arcade (cash only though) and the pools and surfari where my kids favorite. The staff was friendly and our room was very spacious, and suitable for big families . You also couldn’t hear your neighbors, mind you we stayed here during spring break and it was sold out . Just be ready to walk a lot (to the pool and arcade , depending on which building you are in) the food at the Valencia Restaurant was not good at all, that was the only downside but we ordered in and drove out to get food which wasn’t bad as there are a lot of restaurants close by with 3 miles . But I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again"

"pool and staff were great but because of my room being too far and we loved eating at the dining but because of distance i couldnt keep going there which sort of ruined my trip a little. "
