"Hotel was very centrally located and had a lovely view from the roof top pool and bar - some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some not so much - room had everything we needed but was a bit short on storage - a shame as there was room for more - eg bedside drawers rather than just a shelf - shower & bathroom excellent - plenty of sun loungers round the pool but would have appreciated a few more parasols - overall I liked this hotel and would recommend and return"

"We went for a short family break. Staff were very accommodating- provided us with towels so we could use the pool before our check in time. Facilities were good - breakfast was great - really good choice of fresh foods. Location was good - 10 min walk to a really nice beach. 25 min bus to water park. 20 min from airport by car"

"Familie 2 voksne og 1 barn. 8 dage med all inklusive. Super modtagelse ved ankomst 👍 Maden er virkelig god både morgen- middag og aften, super varierende og noget for enhver smag. Rent og pænt på hotellet 🙏 Hver aften underholdning, med quizze- live musik og også her noget for enhver. Personalet var utroligt i mødekommende og hjælpsomme 🙏 Et minus var dog poolen ved palm bygningen. Kunne godt trænge til at der bllev gjort rent på bunden, der lå de samme blade og andet skidt fra flere dage. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen, top værdi for alle pengene"

"Fantastic location … walkable to square and also to main centre but far enough that it was peaceful in the evening (only 5 or 6 euro in a taxi up from the centre in the evening) Staff members are wonderful - friendly & helpful but not overbearing. Marc - part of the entertainment team who hosted the tapas tasting - was particularly fabulous. Activities on every day by the pool bar if you want to - not forced or hectic - cocktail making; meditation; bracelet making; hand massage; tapas tasting; quiz etc First time to Majorca and will definitely return and most likely to this hotel"
