Never experienced anything so horrible before. Suite was cold, damp and bathroom full of mould when we arrived. Neither tv worked and reception said it will cost 100 aed to send their tech to look at them but the tech would not fix them if there is problem. No one cared to come and look at mould issue either. Stayed 7 days and when we asked if they are ever going to service the room or even change towels they said they would send us payment link if we wanted any service. No change sheets, no towels, no toilet paper. By the 6 th day we both got so sick from the mould that I went to the local clinic and ended up with bronchitis. Unreal!!
