I humbly request to all don't saty this hotel until they have not changed their facility, behaveiour and services. Me and my son stayed for 7 nights and we faced lots of problems which are as follows. 1) very dirty room and not enough towels. 2) They have not provided two bottles of drinking water everybday what they have mentioned at the time of booking. 3) I got bug and lots of dirt on the table top. 4) TV was not working. 5) Not enough light for the room. 6) Only one charging point available in the room. 7) Iron was old and they don't provide for enough time. 8) Limited items in the breakfast and all are junk foods. 9) We had food poising bucause of foods from that breakfast and resturant which was on the groundfloor. 10) Noisy.

Dirty room generally, stained carpets, moldy bathroom, stinking with a smoky odour. Many bars in the building that are very loud every night. Reception wanted to retain our passports which was never stated as a requirement in the ad.

Room not ready upon arrival, no towels in room, room was not non-smoking room as requested, noise from nightclub in the lobby area could even in 5th floor, mould and old dirt everywhere.

IT WAS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN DUBAI.. IT SHOULD BE 0STAR, THE BATHROOM DRAINAGE IS FLOODED SO IF U TAKE SHOWER OF WASH FACE IN THE SINK IT FLOODS THE WHOLE BATHROOM FLOOR. THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS SO OLD, THE BELOW COVER WAS REMOVED, YOU CAN SEE THE ROTTING WOOD. FURNITURE FIXTURES WAS OLD. DIRTY MUGS WITH NAME "OYO". THE HANDLE OF CUPBOARDS WAS NOT EVEN REPLACE. I CAN SEND THE PICTURES FOR A PROOF. EVEN THE BATHROOM TILES SO DIRTY WITH BLACK MOLDS ON THE GROUTING.WE REQUESTED FOR A KING SIZE AS PER BOOKED AND GIVEN A 2 BEDS PUSHED TOGETHER. PLEASE HAVE IT CHECK WHEN YOU PARTNER YOURSELF WITH HOTELS LIKE THIS. RECEPTION EVEN TOLD US WE CAN CANCEL IF WE DONT WANT. WHAT IS THAT SERVICE?. IF WE HAVE AN OPTION ON THE SPOT WE COULD HAVE CANCELLED IT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. AND READ THE REVIEWS. IT IS REALLY SO DAMN DIRTY.

Very Bad Experience – Dirty, Noisy, and Poor Service I had a very disappointing stay at Sun and Sands Downtown Hotel in Dubai. The hotel is poorly maintained — rooms are dirty, and basic cleaning is often ignored. Every night there are loud fights and disturbances from the nightclub located near the lobby and reception, making it impossible to sleep or relax. The staff are unhelpful and quite rude, showing no concern for guests’ comfort or complaints. It feels like they only care about collecting money rather than providing any real service. This hotel is definitely not worth the price and does not reflect the hospitality standards expected in Dubai. I strongly do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and respectful place to stay.
