I left early in the morning from Calangute in North Goa to cover a distance of 85 kms and reach Mhadei wildlife sanctuary which housed one of the most beautiful falls I had ever seen. Dudhsagar is translated as an ocean (here a waterfall) white as milk. It is a must visit when in Goa.

Be aware to wear clothes that you can traverse water in. Just getting to the falls includes a walk across a river with a rope to hang on to. Bring water shoes and clothes you don't mind getting wet. Beautiful location!!
