The property is being renovated and as such, it was not in perfect shape as far as “eye appeal” goes. The room itself was very adequate and comfortable. I would stay here again if traveling through Dumas at a future date. The staff was excellent in all ways.

This property is undergoing renovations in the lobby and pool atrium. But it is going to be amazing when it is finished. The rooms are done and the beds are amazing. The staff are very friendly and willing to help you with any detail. I highly recommend this hotel even with the renos being done. Super quiet and comfortable. I will be back.

It was obviously freshly built which was a pro and a con. The inner patio area was strange, tree and carpet, not sure whag theyre going for there. My fridge froze everything inside. Otherwise it was good for the cost, clean and quiter than my other stays this trip.
