“Good all round. Easy to find”

“Lovely friendly staff, but the shower was tiny, mouldy and the sink didn't work, so hardly any water coming out. I reported the problem with the sink the following day, but was told that it may not get fixed as the hotel was undergoing a full renovation in a few weeks. I fully understand that the owners don't want to spend money when they are ripping out old rooms AND I was offered a room change, but decided not to take it. Room cleanliness was good, but I gave a low score on the overall...

“We stayed at Pr.Inn Nth for a total of 7 nights whilst visiting relatives nearby. The receptionist (Kirsty) is our hero. She went over and above to help us with our inquiries re the local area, the local cemetery and the local council. We cant thank her enough. As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. “Nice bar area with pool table. Breakfast was nice selection. The staff didn’t tell us we could order pancakes and poached eggs off the menu but we worked it out. Would’ve been nice to be told this. Lovely quiet family room, spacious and lots of wardrobe space. Lovely cleaning ladies, towels changed daily. ”
