“My very first impression was a phone call I made at 2pm on check-in day. We had arrived early, and was walking around the Paddock Mall. I knew that there was a 3pm check-in time, but I had hoped that if the room was ready, that we could go ahead and check-in early. By the time we would have arrived, it would have been between 2:15 - 2:30pm. I didn't feel that this was an unreasonable request, for less than an hour early. To my surprise, I was told that there would be a $35 fee for checking in...
