“Magical stay in a beautiful castle! I ate the best meal I have ever had in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty! My husband said he had the best eggs! It was just a lovey stay, but book a taxi ahead of time as it’s difficult to reach them if you arrive in the evening. Go into Eschwege as it is a picturesque town with a very helpful tourist center.”

“Very nice to place get some rest. Surrounded by beautiful nature, spacious and well tided room. Especially the restaurant was really good.”

“Da ich nur für eine Nacht ein Bett brauchte genau das richtige. Preis-Leistung ist nicht zu übertreffen. Badezimmer ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem im guten Zustand.”

“Second time I have stayed here. Very welcoming, rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The open fire in the hall is great and the beer is very reasonable. Nice breakfast too. Limited places in the town to eat in the evening, depending on the night you stay. ”
