Great location. Clean. Elevator. Our room (Dolores Del Rio Suite) was very spacious with great city views. The staff is helpful and honest. We were overcharged upon checking in (I didn't know) and the desk personel notified us and refunded the difference. I would highly recommend it.

Overall it was really nice! I loved the location, the atmosphere. Except one receptionist, she was an older blonde lady who didn’t allow me to have visits. She was very rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unacceptable. Unfortunately because of her I will not be returning and I come from the United States and will inform others of this matter. Very unprofessional of her to act in this manner.

I booked with a little bit of skepticism, however when I arrived staff was very helpful and friendly. My room in the fifth floor had a great view overlooking the city with a big windows. Mary the cleaning lady did an outstanding job keeping the room clean.
