"The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. The room, while on the small side, was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed.
There were a number of small items which detracted from my stay. Single ply toilet rolls in the bathroom, a small and well worn towel and shower in which the...

"We were fine, just plates for microwave too big, no knifes and forks, no spoons if needed in the room, freezer was full of ice blocked, safe key issue, toilet was leaking, had to put towels on floor otherwise all good for better future, management was helpful thank you "

"Stay away from this property! I honestly don’t know how this lodge got its 4 stars. The way this lodge treats its guests is not worth even one star. We were given a shabby room, which clearly used to be a shed before. The parking space is so narrow that a taxi was asked to park within 30 cm from the door opening to our room, which implied that my family had to squeeze themselves through the opening. The management was immediately notified but ignored my wife’s request to move the taxi. Only when...

"The guest house is very clean and neat and the gardens well kept. Parking however was a problem, as was the entering and exiting the property. Breakfast which was included, was really disappointing. Some cereal, yoghurt, watered down juice of no discernable flavour, coffee and tea and a choice of 4 options for the hot meal. One option was Halaal and the rest were exactly the same, only the choice of sausage differed.Surely in a province rich in tropical offerings, some avocado and fresh fruit...

"This is an excellent hotel, you get what you pay for and this hotel and its staff deliver 110% we had a villa room which was outstanding the pools were lovely and the staff are super friendly and helpful "
"everything was perfect starting from the service from the reception. i can say it's a nice place to visit everything was in a good condition including the cleaness."
"The pool was closed the first two days we were there. But the views were great.
The oscillating AC unit blowing on the bed was not ideal. Caused issues with breathing in the night."
"5 stars all round!
For a 3* rated property, there have better facilities than some 4 and 5* places where I have stayed.
The staff are an asset to this property. Breakfast was fantastic. You can also organise breakfast earlier if you have an early morning excursion.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property."
