"Close to shopping, food, and the Queen Emma Bridge. Housekeeping needs improvement with replenishing washclothes and coffee, but staff were very friendly."

" The resort / hotel was well kept and the staff was great & the boat to the private island was convenient (go early to secure a shaded hut / chairs). If I had to leave a few critiques or suggestions on improvements, I would say the pool area where we stayed was a bit small and the check in process / customer service was a bit slow. Also, if you wished to use the gym you had to go to their other resort across the road. Shops are very close and some very good restaurants were within walking distance (felt very safe). "

"The dinner plans are nice but they only let you dine so many times. Example….we were here for 10 days and they only let us do reservations five times. The buffets are ok but not the best options. Room amenities is a joke. They never filled our room fridge and when I called to ask for soda they never delivered it. They wouldn’t restock my coffee an at one point left me with a coffee maker without the pot! I love Aruba but will never do the Barcelo again. "

"We had an ocean view room that was fantastic with a large balcony, and the room was extremely clean. The room was large with plenty of storage and had all the basics that one would need."

"They say adults only but that was not the case at The Rif where I stayed there were at least a hand full of kids and infants as well not to nosey but very noticeable. The swim out pool is not as warm as one would think. Housekeepers were friendly, one night room service never showed up and actually canceled my order. Food was maybe a 7/10 I enjoyed seeing the different ships at the dock."

"We loved the views and the room. I especially liked the bathroom/closet set up- made it very convenient to have the closet in the bathroom. Only negative was we were located at the end of the hotel next to a public park, I believe. There was often activity and loud thumping music at night. "

Les électroménagers (plaque à induction, frigo/congelateur/lave-vaisselle/ laveuse/secheuse ) sont propres et fonctionnent bien . Grande douche. Literie confortable. Matelas ferme. Si vous louez une voiture , grand stationnement. Environnement sécurisé. Personnel courtois. Commerce à proximité (à pied) pour l’achat de nourriture. Plage de Mullet Bay accessible à pied aussi . "
