The room was neat and clean, the bed comfortable. And, being smokers staying in a non-smoking room ashtrays and chairs were available outside. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Would stay again.

Nice gal at check in. Room was cheap, simple and outdated. Bed was “springy.” No frills room. Just needed a place to sleep on our journey. Price was right. Free parking.

2/10 Terrible

The room and its contents were very old and need of updating. The hotel door had only a non-functioning deadbolt lock and a door handle lock, which is not very secure. The AC remote did not work and the room was very hot and took the better part of an hour to cool off so we could sleep. The worst part of it though is that the cost of the room for one night was $460 for a room that realistically should have been no more that $100/night. I realize that the Phillies & Twins baseball game was that night, and following supply and demand rules it should cost more than a normal night, but to increase it that much for a room that size and shape is unconscionable. You should be ashamed. Joe Kerkering

The motel staff/owner was polite, friendly and accommodating. My sister and I stayed 2 nites to visit the Field of Dreams and the town. The motel is only 1 mile from the main part of town with wineries, breweries and dining. I absolutely will stay here again.

Has been updated since last time we were there. Family in the area so just need beds. Last time was very dated, new fridge, microwave, furniture, bed spreads. Much fresher. A bit of peeling wallpaper in bathroom but everything was fine. No 5 star place but clean place to lay your head and only pet friendly place in town.

Bed was in decent shape, Needs a bigger toilet not something for a kid, small toilets are out. Extend the shower curtain so it doesn't stick to someone while they shower! Put in a set of blinds, most people don't want it lighted up at night while they sleep. Clean the bathroom better, it smelled like urine, and hair everywhere!

The property manager was very nice. It’s an older hotel but it was clean, had hot water, cold air, working furnace, working television, easy parking, comfortable bed, easy chair, a good price and it was all I needed. I have no complaints. But if you want something snazzy and new, then go elsewhere. But if you don’t, this is perfect.

You get what you paty for

Very wore rooms. Rooms reminded you of the Bates Motel. No bed bugs or vermin. Thevrooms were as clean as they could be. Wallpaper was peeling very badly in the bathroom. Tub wass clean. Doors seemed flimsy but did have an extra lock on them. Microwave did not work. Refrigerator was good. Clerk was nice but it was hard to understand him, he had a very thick accent. All in all you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again.

Overall, clean place and maintained. Could use updating and repairs with the shower but good place to catch some rest after a trip. Shower was useable just needs a new shower head for consistent water flow.
