“Great location, staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable even offering information about events going on around town during the stay.”

“Nice hotel. Facility and decor were dated. No room service/towel change. The big kicker was that there is no A/C! Staff (who were all very nice) seemed as if this is normal for ski resorts? I'm not sure, but I definitely didn't see it on the listing. The room was uncomfortably hot, so much so that we had trouble sleeping. The box fan provided as a solution dried our sinuses out and made for a sniffly trip. Would not stay again, for the price/value.”

“The room was dirty. Hand prints on mirrors, carpet stained and filthy. Lights very dim in bathroom. Mould in shower. Breakfast was limited. They ran out of supplies bc they were busy (for several days). No milk and despite being directly beside grocery store refused to obtain for the guests. Manager was rude. Never ever would I go again and there are so many other places to stay. Avoid”

The Fireside Resturaunt, eggs benedict delicious, however the cappachino was week and the cup was grimmy. As a senior, I personally did not like the dim lighting throughout the entire Hotel. It makes me feel like im in a cage. The 1st nights room looked liked someone had been sleeping on the covers and not so...

“Nice area and beautiful surroundings. The condo organization make it difficult to come and go - the doors lock at 8pm and the entrance codes don’t work. No one is around for help if you get locked out (twice). Other couples had same experience. I had to stand outside waiting for someone to exit before I could enter. Very inconvenient-”

“The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.”
