"The hot tub had just been refilled and was cold so we could not use it ! The pool was warm though!"

"We rented two rooms for a wedding in the area, both rooms had large amounts of mold growing in the bathroom, when I say large, over the size of a 12X12 area. The walls were dirty in the bathroom - honestly we have stayed at Motels that had more care given to them. The TV didn't work. The only thing that was good was the staff was really nice."

"I had three rooms booked, paid in advance. We were checking in late so as a courtesy I called the property to notify them, even though there is no mention of a cut off for check-in time. They never answered the phone and when we arrived at the hotel no one was working there. They never communicated with me and they left my party scrambling to find another hotel in the middle of the night. An absolute nightmare."

"The hotel is clean. Plenty of amenities. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is hot with a variety of selections. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants and shopping within the area. Coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkins, etc. You can hear everything. Kids running up and down the halls, yelling, all hours. No monitoring by staff. The staff was not that friendly or welcoming. Did not explain anything at checkin, was borderline rude. Acted inconvenienced. The only nice person we interacted with was a young gal at checkout. Wished she would have been working during our entire stay. Probably won't stay again due to the staff experience and the lack of noise insulation. "

"The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl"
