“Since it is made of wood made by furniture, I was very surprised that a spoon-sized cockroach entered between the floor and the gap between the furniture. I'm from Korea, but there's no big cockroach in Korea. It was at least 3 times bigger! It's noisy around, but it's rather attractive because its wonderful bars and atmosphere to enjoy of Austin. The room is big and comfortable. The bedding is clean and the cushion is good. *** Above all, if I visit this hotel again, I would like to praise...

“The Retro Cowboy Villa was perfect for what we needed. Residential area but super convenient to many bars, restaurants as well as downtown and the airport. Space was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The backyard was also phenomenal - great hang out space, amazing hot tub and cute lighting made the space picture perfect. We ran into a few cleaning and sanitation issues while onsite which we reported to the host for future travelers and they mentioned they recently switched...

“I had an amazing stay at this location, it exceeded my expectations. It’s located close enough to downtown and yet not square in the middle of the city. I took a great walk down to a park that is a few blocks away through a very peaceful neighborhood with many food options located relatively close. I would certainly come back next time I am in Austin!”
